We do not issue cash refunds for any cleaning services rendered. Once a service has been provided, payments are non-refundable.
If you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a Service Revisit to address any areas that were not cleaned properly. To qualify for a Service Revisit:
The complaint must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
The original cleaning scope must be followed (no additional tasks will be performed unless agreed upon separately).
A transportation fee may apply for the return visit.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning will receive a full service credit for future use.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full service credit or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
If you have prepaid for multiple cleaning sessions and wish to cancel future services, the unused services are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
Service revisits will not be issued in the following cases:
If the property conditions prevent proper cleaning (e.g., hazardous conditions, excessive clutter, or lack of access).
If additional services beyond the agreed scope are requested.
If dissatisfaction is reported beyond the 24-hour complaint window.
